New Balance = Dump Your Ex

Hard to believe? Too good to be true?
Well don't be naive. Those shoes on the NB racks are way too overpriced! So a RM100 discount is nothing compared to those RM499 price tags for a pair of colourful running shoes.
Go run.

Spottie The Spotless Dalmation

Spottie the Handsome Dalmation

Waiting...

Spottie belongs to no one. Yes, sad but it's true. Spottie is a spotless Dalmation, perhaps around 6 or 7 months old, and a handsome male. Spottie roams around Permai Park, looking for other dogs to play with, lurking around restaurants along the area, and with luck someone dining there will be kind enough to share a bite of food with him. When it rains or when it's sunny hot, he'll just have to rely on his natural instincts to find a safe shelter. Despite the sad sad life of a abandoned dog, Spottie is smart, intelligent and active. Spottie doesn't bark or bite at anyone or anything, and is a very sociable dog.

Last Wednesday evening while I was walking past Annabelle's with my camera tucked behind me, I saw Spottie sitting at the door so I gave it a pat on the head, it didn't bothered him. I grabbed my camera, he saw the camera and quickly ran away with his head down probably shocked and thought the camera might be something harmful. I squatted down to convinced him that I meant to harm to him, lowered the camera, called his name(I asked the waitress for the name) and within seconds Spottie regained his trust towards me and my camera and came back. Since then he wasn't camera shy nor Andy-phobia anymore. That'ws when I took the opportunity and got these beautiful shots of Spottie inside Annabelle. We became friends since then.

If only I can pet Spottie as my own doggy, my companion. Can I?
He's got nowhere to go, does he?

A very nice warm place for western style dining accompanied by smooth jazz music. The wooden themed interior creates a sense of western culture ambiance and while the restaurant faces a playground, making the place very peaceful and quiet especially at night.

Food is very good, served fresh and warm. Every meal is individually cooked appropriately without artificial flavorings or spices. Even the coffee is freshly brewed!

The only downside will be the waiting if you are dining in a large group because it takes time to prepare the food.

Kung Fu feat. Master Pheh

Chinese martial arts, also known as wushu (traditional Chinese: 武術; simplified Chinese: 武术; pinyin: wǔshù), and popularly as kung fu (Chinese: 功夫 pinyin: gōngfū) consists of a number of fighting styles that were developed over the centuries, after having incorporated forms that came into existence later. Some of these include Bagua, Drunken Boxing, Eagle Claw, Five Animals, Hsing I, Hung Gar, Lau Gar, Monkey, Bak Mei Pai, Praying Mantis, Fujian White Crane, Wing Chun and Tai Chi Chuan.

There are also common themes to the different styles, which are often classified by "families" (家, jiā), "sects" (派, pai) or "schools" (門, men) of martial art styles. There are styles that mimic movements from animals and others that gather inspiration from various Chinese philosophies, myths and legends.

Some styles put most of their focus into the harnessing of qi energy, while others concentrate solely on competition and exhibition. Each style offers a different approach to the common problems of self-defense, health and self-cultivation. Chinese martial arts can be split into various categories to differentiate them: For example, external (外家拳) and internal (内家拳).

Chinese martial arts can also be categorized by location, as in northern (北拳) and southern (南拳) as well, referring to what part of China the styles originated from.

Jalur Gemilang

The flag of Malaysia, also known as the Jalur Gemilang ("Stripes of Glory"), comprises a field of 14 alternating red and white stripes along the fly and a blue canton bearing a crescent and a 14-point star known as the Bintang Persekutuan or Federal Star. The 14 stripes, of equal width, represent the equal status in the federation of the 13 member states and the federal government, while the 14 points of the star represent the unity between these entities. The crescent represents Islam, the country's official religion; the blue canton symbolizes the unity of the Malaysian people; the yellow of the star and crescent is the royal colour of the Malay rulers.

In blazon, the Malaysian flag is described as: "A banner Gules, seven bars Argent; the canton Azure charged with decrescent and mullet of fourteen points Or." This means "a red flag with seven horizontal white stripes; the upper-left (hoist) quarter is blue with a yellow waning crescent (i.e. horns pointing to sinister) and a yellow 14-pointed star."
